Terms & Conditions

01Minimum Retainer Commitment

All content retainer packages require a minimum of 2 fortnights (2 billing periods) from the agreed commencement date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 14 days notice prior to the next scheduled billing period. Any future billing periods impacted by a valid cancellation will be refunded in full provided they were paid in advance. Retainers will automatically be invoiced to the Client during the beginning of new billing periods unless valid cancellation.

02Payment Terms

Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing period and are due within 7 days of issue. Content review and final deliverables may be withheld until any remaining balance is paid.

03Deliverables & Turnaround

Edited media assets will be delivered within 5–7 business days following each production session. Premium package clients receive priority turnaround of 3–4 business days.

RAW and/or LOG footage is not included as standard in any package. If RAW or LOG files are required, please contact CLEAN.COMPS directly to discuss availability and any associated costs.

04Revision Limits

During the revision period of the provided services, a revision is limited to any of the following: adjustments to colour grading (including saturation, exposure, tone curves, temperature, grain, vignetting and luminance), changes to sound effects (SFX) only and excluding changes to primary music tracks, removing or including individual clips, and adding or removing on-screen text. Any revisions beyond the stated items will be considered additional work and charged at the applicable editing rate.

05Content Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the delivered media assets for their own marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to: menus, posters, social media, paid advertising campaigns, and websites.

CLEAN.COMPS retains copyright over all produced content and may use delivered assets for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to production. Raw footage ownership remains with CLEAN.COMPS.

06Production Disruption

Production may be adapted, rescheduled, or paused where venue operations, staff safety, or customer experience require. If a session cannot proceed due to venue-side factors, it will be rescheduled within the same fortnight period where possible at no additional cost. Such adjustments made during an active production session will not be treated as a cancellation.

07Suspension Rights

CLEAN.COMPS reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel a subscribed service at any time if the Client: fails to provide promised resources or access required for production; fails to pay for services within the agreed terms; or provides misleading, false, or materially inaccurate information in the onboarding form or any subsequent communication. Where a service is cancelled by CLEAN.COMPS under this clause, any future billing periods that have been paid in advance and are impacted by the cancellation will be refunded in full. The billing period where cancellation occurs won't be refunded due to travel costs/preparation costs and lost availability.

08Performance Disclaimer

Views, engagement metrics, follower growth, or any other business performance outcomes cannot be guaranteed and are not the responsibility of CLEAN.COMPS. Social media platform algorithms are outside our control.

09Force Majeure

Neither party shall be in breach of this agreement due to events outside their reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure, venue closure, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. Both parties agree to reschedule affected sessions at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CLEAN.COMPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data.

CLEAN.COMPS is not financially liable for the resupply of resources, materials, or third-party costs incurred in the original production of any media assets. In the event that resupply is required due to circumstances within CLEAN.COMPS's reasonable control, any associated costs will be communicated to the Client in advance and agreed in writing before proceeding.

11Cancellation / Kill Fee

Where a confirmed production session is cancelled by the Client within 24 hours of a scheduled production time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the original package value will be charged to cover preparation costs and lost availability.

12Liability Cap

CLEAN.COMPS's maximum aggregate liability to the Client under or in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid by the Client under the relevant invoice or agreement.

13Equipment Failure / Lost Footage

In the event of equipment failure, data loss, illness, injury, or other force majeure circumstances that result in the partial or total loss of footage, CLEAN.COMPS's liability is limited to either a reshoot of the affected session at no additional cost, or a refund of the affected session fee — whichever is agreed between both parties. No further compensation will be owed.
